Many Thai kitchens use Gogi Tempura Flour.  When creating its batter it is widely used with chicken, shrimps,  and other seafoods and then dipped in sweet chili dipping sauce after its been fried as an appetizer and or the main course. Also, if you like fried vegeables this batter works well too.

Ingredients:  Wheat flour, baking powder and salt.   Product of Thailand.
