Shipping & Returns

Shipping is based off of your preference chosen for online orders. However, when making choices for online orders we will follow in accordance to USPS, UPS, DHL or FED EX rules and regulations. The USPS will typically deliver Monday-Saturday except there defined holidays.  UPS,DHL and Fed Ex deliver Monday-Friday minus there holidays. Saturdays  and Sundays are not included as a typically scheduled delivery day and are not offered through our orders at this time. Please keep this in mind if needing delivery by the weekends that if you order on Wednesday and need it by the weekend you will need to choose next day delivery to receive it by Friday. Books and DVD's are the only source to be used for media mail preference from the post office if you see the choice offered. If you choose media mail and it is not media within the order it will be corrected and additonal fees may apply accordingly.  When choosing fresh herbs overnight delivery choice is the only way our company can guarantee the product to remain fresh. Fresh produce is sold in bulk and emails and or phone calls are necessary to complete the order. Please note at times certain shipping companies may not be listed online. Please note off of the individual item being ordered as to best get your item suggested especially if dealing with fresh or frozen foods.  

International volume orders occur directly via our website and working with each customer. Contact US at  1-712-830-5500 for complete detail setup and approval. International Customers are required to carry insurance on each package delivery. Therefore, please note additional costs may be incurred. 

Although, our company strives to provide accurate shipping fees there maybe times that additional costs may be incurred and needing adjusting prior to an order going out based on the items purchased due to dimensional weights etc.  You will be notified prior to its shipment if added fees are needed for this reason. 

Most orders once payment has been received and cleared will be shipped within three days if not sooner during normal working hours.  Holidays may vary accordingly and or a note placed within your order prior to completion on shipping dates.  If you need something by a specific date please let us know at the time of the order and we will try and work with you accordingly sooner or later.  Orders with expedite or Priority shipping are recognized first. At tmes order may be delayed and its upto the seller to keep the customer notified.

Sellers agree to terms and conditions of PayPal. 

FRESH HERBS:  This perishable agricultural commodities listed on this invoice are sold subject to the statutory trust authorized by section 5(c) of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930 (7 U.S.C. 499e(c)). The seller of these commodities retains a trust claim over these commodities, all inventories of food or other products derived from these commodities, and any receivables or proceeds from the sale of these commodities

Returns and Exchange Policy:

We strive on our business relations for accuracy and quality. If for some reason you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us immediately via reply of your order receipt invoice or call 1-712-830-5500 and receive further instructions.  Notification of any concerning issue must be made in writing to us within 2 days of the order received if there is a packaging issue with your order. We strive for accuracy but are human and at times errors may occur. If you feel an error may have occurred in your purchase receipt please contact us immediately and save original packaging and materials included in your order. We will direct you from there.   Food Items are not returnable and DVD's unless defective have a no return policy defective will receive an exchange only agreement.  If for any reason you decide after you have ordered you do not want an item a refund for the item maybe made providing the item is returned new with its original packaging unopened within 30 days of its order with its original packaging

. Seasonal items have a 30 day money back guarantee unopened.   Shipping costs are reimbused only if the error was our mistake which maybe reimbursed after review of item return.

If by chance a package is torn or incorrectly sent to you all packaging must be retained and notification immedately made via email within 2 days after receipt of the item and or phone 1-712-830-5500.
