Pantai Yellow Curry Paste is very good with potatoes and the container reseals for later usage.

You can stir fry yellow curry paste with soybean oil then add a cup of coconut milk. Add desired meat and another 1/2 cup coconut milk and continue heating until a boil. Add 100g potatoes and 50 g onions and 1/2 cup water and cook until the vegetables soften. Add 2 tsp sugar. Taste and season as desired.

Ingredients: Shallot, lemon grass, Salt, Dried Red Chili (15%), Galangal, Tumeric Powder, Curry Powder 2%) Coriander Seed, Kaffir Lime Peel, Cumin, Acidity, Regulator (Citric Acid: E330), Cinnamon

Store in cool dry area.
